# Music, Pet mode & sharing

Put on a song, give your pet the whole screen or keep a favorite voice clip. These controls sit alongside conversation and play.

## Put on some music

Open **Music** to browse the included soundtrack: 69 songs plus **Lulu Bumble**. Choose **All songs**, **Party**, **Playtime**, **Easygoing** or **Wind down** to find the mood you want. Use play, pause, resume, previous, next and stop controls to manage playback.

**Party mode** starts music with your pet’s portrait animation. It uses the songs available on that phone.

## Music commands to try

Start listening, then address your pet by name: “Hey Lulu, pause music.” Replace Lulu with your own pet’s name. Typed commands can omit the greeting and name.

| To do this | Say or type |
| --- | --- |
| Start Party mode | “Start party mode” |
| Pause or resume | “Pause music” or “Resume music” |
| Change songs | “Next song” or “Previous song” |
| Choose a song | “Play song” followed by a title from your song list |
| Find the current title | “What song is playing?” |
| See available songs | “What songs do you have?” |
| End the music | “Stop music” |
| Stop everything | “Stop” |

Use the on-screen controls whenever you prefer. For stories and games, see [Activity commands](play-guide.html#activity-commands-say-it-or-type-it).

## Add your own songs

Choose **Connect phone music** and allow the requested music-library permission to display songs from your phone. The **Phone library** category brings those songs together.

Choose **Add audio files** to import ordinary audio files from Files or an Android document provider. The original files stay unchanged. Protected subscription downloads from services such as Apple Music or Spotify cannot be imported as audio files.

On iPhone, phone-library songs play through Apple’s player. Cloud songs need a connection and the playback rights you already hold; use the phone’s volume controls. On Android, the import picker accepts up to 100 songs, no larger than 100 MB each.

Use **Clear imported songs** to remove imported copies from the app. Your original audio files remain where you saved them.

## Give your pet the whole screen

**Pet mode** shows a large portrait with listening and music controls.

**On iPhone:** open **My Pet**, expand **Full-screen pet & music**, then choose **Pet mode**. Hold the exit control or use the Pet mode options to leave. To keep the app on screen, set up Guided Access in iPhone Settings → Accessibility → Guided Access, then start it with your phone’s accessibility shortcut.

**On Android:** choose **Full-screen pet** in **My Pet**. **Full-screen pet · keep app on screen** also requests Android screen pinning; confirm the phone’s prompt. Follow Android’s unpin gesture when you want to leave a pinned screen.

Pet mode keeps the app view simple. Screen pinning and Guided Access are separate phone settings; calls and alerts follow your phone’s settings.

## Hear it again or share it

After a voice reply has played, use **Hear again** on iPhone or **Replay** on Android. Tap the reply text on iPhone to open its full transcript.

Use **Share voice clip** when a clip is available to open the phone’s share options. Choose where to save or send it, then open the saved copy to check it. Saving a voice clip is separate from recording camera video.

Stories also have reading and replay controls; Android offers **Save Story text** for completed stories. See the [Stories, games & activities guide](play-guide.html).
